The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support children's learning and development through engaging activities and play
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Build strong relationships with children and their families
- Support children's individual learning and development
- Take part in observations and children's learning journeys
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
- Get involved in the nursery's additional activities and experiences
- Work closely with the wider nursery team
- Follow EYFS and safeguarding procedures
We're Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
- Previous nursery or Early Years experience
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
- Someone who enjoys being creative and getting involved with the children
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for Early Years education
- Someone looking for a long-term, permanent opportunity
