The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Support children's learning and development through engaging activities and play
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families
  • Support children's individual learning and development
  • Take part in observations and children's learning journeys
  • Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
  • Get involved in the nursery's additional activities and experiences
  • Work closely with the wider nursery team
  • Follow EYFS and safeguarding procedures
  • We're Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
  • Previous nursery or Early Years experience
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
  • Someone who enjoys being creative and getting involved with the children
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for Early Years education
  • Someone looking for a long-term, permanent opportunity
