The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe, assess, and contribute to children's learning and development
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively as part of a friendly and dedicated team
- Follow EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery policies at all times
We're Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (essential)
- Previous experience working in an Early Years or nursery setting
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework
- A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and achieve their full potential
