  • Identifying market opportunities and driving business growth within your region
  • Maintaining compliance with safeguarding and education recruitment standards
  • Contributing positively to office performance, culture and collaboration
  • What We're Looking For

  • Proven success within Education Recruitment, ideally Primary Education
  • A strong track record of billing and business development
  • Experience in building long-term client relationships and developing new accounts
  • A consultative, solutions-focused approach to recruitment
  • The confidence to act as a senior figure within the team and support colleagues when required
  • Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ambition to progress your career within a growing organisation
  • What's in It for You?

  • Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission
  • A warm, established desk generating strong billing opportunities
  • Clear progression opportunities into leadership and management if desired
  • The autonomy to run and grow your own business area
  • Regular incentives, bonuses and recognition schemes
  • Ongoing professional development and training
  • A supportive, collaborative and high-performing environment
  • The opportunity to become a recognised specialist within Primary Education recruitment
  • Why Join Us?

Join a business committed to delivering high-quality staffing solutions to primary schools while investing in the growth of its people.
