Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years Practitioner looking for your next opportunity in Garstang?
We are working with a welcoming and supportive early years setting seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dedicated to providing high-quality care and education, helping children develop and flourish during their early years.
The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years.
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
- Monitor and record children's progress and achievements.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Support children's personal, social, and emotional development.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- Has previous experience working within an early years setting.
- Has a sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to supporting young children's development.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
