Veritas Education is working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across Kirklees who are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated ECTs across a range of subjects for both long-term and permanent opportunities. Whether you specialise in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, PE, Computing, Technology, Arts or another secondary subject, we would love to hear from you.
The Role
As an ECT, you will have the opportunity to:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons within your specialist subject.
- Develop your classroom practice with the support of experienced school leaders and mentors.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.

- Qualified Teachers holding or working towards QTS.
- ECTs completing their teacher training and seeking their first teaching position.
- Passionate educators committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for young people.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Individuals who can adapt to different school environments and work collaboratively with staff teams.
