Your Responsibilities
- Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Support observations, assessments, and children's learning journeys
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusive learning
- Follow safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable
- Unqualified candidates with previous experience working with children are encouraged to apply
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework is beneficial
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
