Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years Practitioner looking for an exciting new opportunity?
We are currently recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner to join a fantastic setting in Garstang with an immediate start available. This is a wonderful opportunity to work within a supportive and welcoming environment where children are encouraged to learn, develop, and thrive through engaging early years experiences.
The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children within the Early Years setting.
- Deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, and educational development.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
The Ideal Candidate
✅ Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
✅ Has previous experience working within an Early Years setting
✅ Has a sound understanding of the EYFS framework
✅ Is enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated to supporting young children's development
✅ Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one
