We are working with a fantastic primary school in Blackpool that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across the classroom to enhance their learning and development.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and interventions.
- Provide support to individuals and small groups of pupils.
- Help create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and achievement.
- Support children with varying learning needs where required.
