Role Responsibilities
- Supporting students in the classroom to enhance learning and engagement.
- Working alongside teachers to deliver effective lessons.
- Providing one-to-one and small group support.
- Assisting students with additional learning needs where required.
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting student wellbeing.
- Supporting pupils both academically and socially throughout the school day.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, proactive, and positive attitude.
- The ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
- A genuine passion for supporting secondary-aged pupils.
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
