Calling All Early Career Teachers (ECTs)!
Are you an ECT looking to gain valuable experience, develop your classroom practice and build confidence before securing your ideal long-term role?
We are working with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across South Leeds and Wakefield, offering fantastic opportunities for ECTs to experience different school environments, year groups and teaching styles while receiving ongoing support from a dedicated consultant.
Whether you're looking to explore EYFS, KS1 or KS2, supply teaching is a great way to broaden your experience, strengthen your classroom management skills and discover the type of school that suits you best.

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS for September 2026.
