The Role
- Deliver engaging, personalised lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Create a calm, positive and inclusive classroom where every child feels safe, valued and understood.
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, the SENCO, parents and external professionals to achieve the very best outcomes for pupils.
- Assess, monitor and celebrate pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
- Build confidence, encourage independence and help every child reach their full potential.
We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Applications welcomed from both ECTs and experienced teachers.
- A passion for inclusive education and supporting children with additional needs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, patient and resilient approach to teaching.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential.

Salary
