About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive early years setting in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual who is committed to providing high-quality care and education to young children and supporting their development in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Observe, assess, and track children's progress
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Promote positive behaviour and social development
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience working as an Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Relevant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
