???? The Role:
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Work 1:1 or with small groups of students to support learning and progress
- Assist students with additional needs, including SEN where required
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and development
✅ Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
- A genuine interest in education and supporting student achievement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability across different school settings
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
