Wakefield & South Leeds Full‑time, Part‑time & Flexible Roles
Are you an Early Career Teacher looking to build confidence, gain classroom experience and make a real impact before securing your first permanent post? Our specialist education recruitment agency is supporting a growing number of primary schools across Wakefield and South Leeds, and we're looking for enthusiastic ECT Assistants ready to step into rewarding roles.
⭐ What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Delivering small‑group intervention sessions in core subjects
- Assisting with planning, preparation and assessment
- Leading parts of lessons or full sessions with support from senior staff
- Building strong relationships with pupils and contributing to a positive classroom environment
