About the Role
We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join a specialist residential care home in Chorley, supporting adults under 65 with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, mental health needs, and dementia.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Support residents with activities and community engagement
- Follow care plans and risk assessments
- Build positive relationships with residents and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and report concerns appropriately
- Help create a safe, welcoming environment
Requirements
- Caring, patient, and reliable approach
- Previous care experience desirable but not essential
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible to work shifts including weekends where required
- Willingness to provide personal care support
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care desirable
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
