As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Provide additional support for children with varying learning needs
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
- Assist with classroom management and preparation of learning resources

- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant (essential)
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach
- Experience supporting SEN pupils is desirable
