A supportive and inclusive primary school in Shepherds Bush is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This SEN Teaching Assistant role will involve supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups across the primary age range. This SEN Teaching Assistant position is ideal for graduates looking to gain valuable school-based experience before teacher training, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, or SEN specialism routes. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will:

Person Specification for the SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable* Experience supporting pupils with SEN is beneficial* A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred* Strong communication and teamwork skills* A genuine passion for SEN and primary education* A positive attitude and willingness to learn as an SEN Teaching Assistant
