As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality teaching and maintaining a positive learning environment. Depending on the placement, responsibilities may include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Supporting pupils' academic progress and wellbeing
- Creating an inclusive, organised and inspiring classroom environment
- Implementing effective behaviour management strategies
- Working collaboratively with school staff, parents and carers
- Assessing and tracking pupil progress
- Participating in school life, meetings and CPD where required

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in primary settings (any year group)
- Strong classroom management and a proactive, positive approach
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's development
