We are looking to hear from both qualified practitioners (Level 2 or Level 3) and unqualified candidates with childcare experience who are enthusiastic about supporting young children in their early development. The Role
This is a rewarding and varied role where every day brings something different. You will play an important part in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging indoor and outdoor activities in a safe, stimulating, and fun environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support engaging and age-appropriate activities, including outdoor learning and creative play
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and social development
- Help create a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for all children
- Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
- Support observations and learning journeys where appropriate
- Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times
What We're Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or previous childcare experience for unqualified applicants
- A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach
- Passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding, or willingness to learn
- Flexibility and reliability
