What we're looking for:
Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Proven experience working within an early years setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Confidence planning and delivering engaging activities to support development
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Sound safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child welfare
