KS2/KS3 Specialist Teacher - Small Group Interventions Location: Bromley Start Date: ASAP Contract: Long‑term | Term‑time only
We are seeking an experienced KS2/KS3 Specialist Teacher with QTS to deliver targeted small‑group intervention sessions across partnership schools in Bromley.
This role is ideal for a confident practitioner with strong KS2 core subject knowledge, particularly English, Maths, and Science, who is passionate about closing attainment gaps and building pupil confidence.
The Role
- Deliver structured, high‑impact intervention sessions to small groups
- Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs
- Support pupils in developing confidence, independence, and academic skills
- Monitor progress and provide clear feedback to teaching and intervention staff
- Work collaboratively with SEN and Intervention teams
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong curriculum knowledge across KS2 and KS3
- Essential: confident delivery of English, Maths, and Science at KS2
- Experience supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Available to start at short notice
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
