Are you a Teaching Assistant who loves making a difference but wants flexibility around when and where you work?
We're currently working closely with a number of lovely primary and secondary schools across Colne and surrounding areas, and we're looking for reliable, caring Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a day‑to‑day and short‑term basis.
This is a great opportunity if you enjoy variety, want to build relationships with local schools, or need work that fits around other commitments.
The role:- Supporting class teachers across EYFS, KS1, KS2 or Secondary
- Working 1:1, in small groups, or as general classroom support
- Helping to create a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
What we're looking for:- Experience working with children in a school setting (UK preferred)
- A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
- Confidence stepping into different school environments
- Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification is desirable, but not essential
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
