Bradford Full‑time position and Part-time
Are you a patient, resilient and compassionate practitioner with a passion for supporting children with complex needs? We're recruiting a dedicated SEN Complex Teaching Assistant to join a specialist primary provision in Bradford.
This is a full‑time role starting asap, supporting pupils who require tailored, consistent and nurturing support to help them thrive.
???? About the Role
You will be working within a specialist SEN provision supporting primary‑aged children with a range of complex needs. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing 1:1 and small‑group support
- Assisting pupils with communication, sensory and emotional needs
- Supporting children with challenging behaviour using positive, consistent strategies
- Helping to create a safe, structured and engaging learning environment
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals
- Supporting personal care routines where required

- Experience supporting children with complex SEN needs (school or care setting)
