About the Role
We're looking for SEN practitioners who can confidently support children with:
- Autism
- ADHD
- Complex learning needs
- Physical disabilities
- Communication and sensory needs
You'll be working 1:1, in small groups, or within specialist classrooms, helping pupils access learning, develop independence, and feel safe and supported.
What You MUST Have
- Proven experience supporting children with additional or complex needs
- Confidence working with Autism, ADHD, and disabilities
- A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
- Willingness to provide personal care when required
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
