???? What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of schools
- Build long-term relationships with headteachers, business managers, SENCOs & MAT leaders
- Source, interview, and place high-quality education professionals
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both candidates and clients
- Work towards weekly and termly targets with the support of a collaborative team
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from lead generation to placement
