Salary: Main Scale / Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) Contract: Full-time or Part-time (flexible) Agency: Exclusively Managed by Veritas Education

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to lead and develop SEND provision, ensuring every pupil receives the support they need to thrive.
The Role:
Lead and manage the school's SEND provision
Identify and support students with additional needs
Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies
Develop and implement effective intervention strategies
Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and best practices
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have the National Award for SEN Coordination (or be working towards it)
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
Have a proven track record of supporting students with SEND
Be committed to inclusive education and student success
