Are you a nurturing, creative and confident Early Years Practitioner looking for a long‑term role where you can truly make a difference? We're supporting a welcoming, Lancashire maintained nursery in Burnley who are seeking a Level 3 Practitioner to join them after Easter.
This nursery has a lovely, child‑centred ethos and is searching for someone who shares their commitment to honesty, care and high‑quality early years practice.
The Role
As the successful candidate, you will:
- Plan, prepare and lead engaging sessions tailored to the Early Years curriculum
- Create a warm, stimulating environment where children feel safe, supported and excited to learn
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated early years team
- Build positive relationships with children, staff and parents
- Bring energy, creativity and reliability to every day
This is a long‑term position, offering stability and the chance to genuinely embed yourself in a fantastic nursery community.
About You
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Have strong experience in early years settings, ideally nursery-based
- Are confident planning and leading sessions
- Are passionate about supporting young children's development
- Bring a warm, personable approach and a genuine love of early years education
