Graduate Learning Support Assistant - Primary Schools (Temp to Perm)
Location: Multiple Primary Schools Contract: Full‑time, Temp to Perm Start Date: ASAP Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Graduate Learning Support Assistants to join our partnered primary schools, with full‑time roles available immediately.
About the Role
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and senior staff to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils who need additional help
- Assisting with phonics, reading, maths and general classroom activities
- Supporting children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD and speech & language needs
- Helping manage classroom behaviour and promoting positive routines
- Preparing learning resources and contributing to activity planning
- Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate (any subject welcome), ideally with strong literacy and numeracy
- A passion for education, child development, or SEND
- Confidence, resilience, and a genuine desire to support young learners
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience working with children (school, tutoring, volunteering, mentoring, coaching) is highly desirable but not essential
