Are you a passionate, dedicated Primary Teacher looking for consistent, rewarding work across the Wakefield and South Leeds area? We're expanding our team of exceptional educators and are seeking enthusiastic teachers to support our partner primary schools on long‑term and block‑booking placements.
About the Role
We work with a wide network of welcoming, well‑resourced primary schools who rely on us for high‑quality teaching support. As a Primary Classroom Teacher with us, you will:
- Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Take responsibility for planning, teaching and assessing (depending on the booking)
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Maintain a calm, supportive classroom environment
- Contribute to the wider life of the school where required
- Provide consistency and stability for pupils during staff absences
Block bookings typically range from 2-12 weeks, with opportunities for full‑term placements.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in primary settings
- Strong behaviour‑management skills
- A flexible, proactive approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning
- Ability to quickly adapt to new school environments
