EYFS / Reception Specialist Teacher (QTS) - Lancaster
Part-Time: 1.5 Days per Week (Thursdays & Fridays) Summer Term Contract Agency: Veritas Education, Sarah Maclachlan - 01772 846610
Veritas Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS / Reception Specialist Teacher to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Lancaster for the Summer term.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator with strong early years expertise who is available to work Thursdays and Fridays (1.5 days per week). The school is committed to providing a nurturing and creative environment where children can thrive in their early learning journey.
Role Overview
- Teach and plan engaging lessons for Reception / EYFS pupils
- Ensure high-quality provision in line with EYFS curriculum expectations
- Work collaboratively with support staff and the wider teaching team
- Contribute to assessments and maintain accurate records
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Strong experience within EYFS / Reception
- Ability to commit to Thursdays and Fridays during the Summer term
- A passion for early years education
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
