What the Role Involves
Working as part of a bank‑staff team, supporting local nurseries with daily cover
Providing high‑quality care and engaging learning experiences for children aged 0-5
Adapting to different settings, routines, and teams
Bringing energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to every placement
What We're Looking For
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
A flexible, proactive, and friendly approach
Confidence working in different nursery environments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's early development
