Are you an enthusiastic Early Years Assistant looking for stability and flexibility? This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of our lovely client nurseries in Harrogate on a block‑booking supply basis, giving you consistent work, a warm team environment, and the chance to build real relationships with children and staff.
About the Role
Veritas Education is recruiting a caring, reliable Early Years Assistant to work a 4‑day‑a‑week block booking at a welcoming, family‑feel nursery. Shifts will vary each week, giving you variety while still offering the security of a regular booking.
There are also opportunities for 3‑day and 5‑day block bookings depending on your availability.
This role is perfect for someone who loves supporting children's play, learning, and development in a nurturing, hands‑on environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting children across the EYFS age range
Creating fun, engaging play experiences
Helping maintain a safe, caring environment
Working as part of a friendly, supportive team
Bringing energy, warmth, and creativity to each day
Booking Details
Initial 6‑week block booking
Likely to continue week‑by‑week
4‑day schedule (with 3‑day and 5‑day options available)
Shifts change weekly, offering variety and flexibility
Consistent placement in the same nursery setting
