SEN Support - Primary (Complex Needs)
Bradford - BD6 Area Immediate Start / Ongoing Role
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs? Our supply agency is seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Support Assistant to work with primary‑aged pupils who have a range of complex needs in a welcoming school around the BD6 area of Bradford.

About the Role
- Supporting primary‑aged pupils with a variety of complex additional needs, which may include:
- Communication and interaction needs
- Social, emotional, and mental health needs
- Sensory processing differences
- Learning difficulties
- Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils engage with learning
- Implementing personalised strategies and support plans
- Assisting with behaviour regulation and emotional wellbeing
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
- Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in a primary setting
- A calm, patient, and consistent approach
- Confidence working with pupils who may display challenging behaviour
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Someone reliable, proactive, and committed to supporting pupil progress
- Teamwork skills and the ability to follow guidance from teaching staff
