Location: Islington Position: Teaching Assistant Start Date: ASAP Salary: £1,700 - £2,100 per month
We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work within a welcoming primary school setting in Islington, supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs. The Role:
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils across the primary age range, including those with SEN and additional needs
Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging learning activities
Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
Help maintain a safe, positive and structured classroom environment
Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
The Ideal Candidate:

Have experience working with children (school experience preferred)

Have a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Are passionate about supporting children's learning and development
Have an interest in SEN and inclusive education
