We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our SEN Primary Provision in Tower Hamlets . This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing provision from the outset and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with special educational needs as a strong teaching assistant.

The teaching assistant role:
- Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a primary setting
- Delivering learning activities and interventions under the guidance of teaching staff
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and wider professionals
- Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment
The ideal teaching assistant candidate:
- Proven experience working with SEN pupils (essential)
- Confident supporting learning across the primary curriculum
- Able to manage behaviour positively and consistently
- Committed, flexible, and passionate about inclusive education
