KS2/KS3 QTS Specialist Teacher - Small Group InterventionsHampton

ASAP Start | Long term contract - term time only

We are looking for an experienced KS2/KS3 Specialist Teacher to begin immediately at a secondary school in Hampton. The role involves delivering targeted small‑group intervention sessions in Maths, Science, and English to support learners in closing gaps, strengthening understanding, and building confidence.

About the Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Plan and deliver structured intervention lessons to small groups
  • Assess learning needs and tailor sessions accordingly
  • Support pupils in developing confidence, independence, and core subject skills
  • Monitor progress and provide clear feedback to staff
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers and the SEN/Intervention team
  • Candidate Requirements

  • Strong curriculum knowledge across KS2 and KS3 core subjects
  • QTS
  • Experience adapting teaching for a range of learning needs
  • Clear communication skills and a supportive approach
  • Organised, proactive, and able to start at short notice
