About the Role
As the Lead Early Years Educator, you'll play a key role in shaping the learning environment, supporting staff, and ensuring children receive exceptional care and education. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and help create a warm, stimulating and inclusive space where every child can thrive.
What We're Looking For
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and best practice
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Confident in leading a room or supporting a team
Passionate, proactive and committed to high‑quality childcare
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities
Leading the planning and delivery of engaging, child‑centred activities
Supporting and mentoring practitioners within your room
Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing and EYFS practice
