Our clients friendly and supportive early years setting in Keighley (Bradford) is looking for a dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join our team. If you're passionate about helping children thrive and want to work in a nurturing, positive environment, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
You'll be part of a caring team providing high‑quality early years education and childcare for children aged 0-5. Your role will involve supporting children's learning, creating engaging activities, and ensuring a safe, stimulating environment.
Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates who are:
Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years / Childcare
Passionate about supporting children's development
Confident working as part of a team
Reliable, enthusiastic and committed to safeguarding
Experienced in an early years setting (preferred but not essential)
Key Responsibilities
Delivering high‑quality care and learning experiences
Supporting children's development in line with the EYFS
Planning and engaging in age‑appropriate activities
Building positive relationships with children and families
Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment
