- Fostering development - creating a nurturing environment that promotes students' emotional and social development, helping them build independence, re-integrate into consistent learning, and develop key life skills.
- Promotion of school ethos - upholding the school's values, ensuring that students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
The successful candidate will be:
- Experienced in delivering engaging lessons that encourage students to progress and re-integrate into consistent learning.
- Comfortable with managing complex behaviour and creating a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Able to demonstrate a strong commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
