Early Years Teaching Assistant - Level 3 (2-Form Entry Primary) Location: Islington, North London
Veritas Education is working with a warm, welcoming 2-form entry primary school in Islington to recruit a confident and experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team. This is a supportive, well-organised school with a strong focus on nurturing children in the early stages of their learning journey.

This role is ideal for a Level 3 qualified Early Years TA who is confident working in Nursery or Reception and understands the importance of structure, consistency, and care in Early Years education. Paediatric First Aid training is essential.
The role:
You will work closely with the class teacher and EYFS team to support children's learning, development, and wellbeing. The role involves supporting learning through play, helping with daily routines, and ensuring children feel safe, secure, and ready to learn. You will be proactive, nurturing, and confident in managing the pace and energy of an Early Years classroom.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting children to access the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum * Assisting with play-based and structured learning activities * Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development * Helping to maintain a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment * Supporting classroom routines, transitions, and outdoor learning * Working collaboratively with teachers and EYFS staff

Requirements:
