Day‑to‑Day Supply with Veritas Education
Are you confident, adaptable, and passionate about working with young people? Veritas Education is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support our partner secondary schools across Rossendale on a day‑to‑day supply basis.
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task.
- Deliver pre-set work and manage the classroom environment effectively.
- Support pupils in maintaining positive behaviour.
- Adapt confidently to different subjects and school settings.
- Build strong relationships with staff and students across multiple schools.

- Experience
- Previous experience working with secondary‑age students in a school, tutoring, youth work, mentoring, or sports‑coaching environment. Experience delivering or supporting classroom learning, either as a teaching assistant, cover supervisor, instructor, or in another educational role. Behaviour management experience, particularly in environments where clear expectations and consistency are required.
