A small, community‑run nursery in Central Bradford is looking for a qualified Nursery Nurse to join their friendly team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with families and thrives in a warm, homely environment where every child is known and valued.
The Role
Supporting children's learning and development through play‑based activities
Maintaining a calm, caring atmosphere within a small group setting
Carrying out key person responsibilities and tracking children's progress
Helping with daily routines including meals, hygiene, and outdoor play
Contributing ideas to enhance the nursery's community feel and curriculum
Essential Requirements
Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience in an early years environment
Good understanding of safeguarding and EYFS
Positive, nurturing approach with a genuine passion for early years
Ability to work well within a small, close‑knit team
