Staff benefit from regular CPD, a measured approach to workload, and a culture that values collaboration and professional growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Support students across KS3 and KS4 in accessing the curriculum
- Work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide one-to-one and small group support where needed
- Help students develop confidence, independence, and resilience
Ideal Candidate:- Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting
- Passionate about supporting students with diverse needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, proactive, and committed to making a difference
- A genuine interest in education and student wellbeing
The school is particularly keen to meet candidates who are either:- Considering a future career in education (e.g. teaching, educational psychology, SEN support), or
- Have a background in psychology and are interested in applying their knowledge in a practical, supportive environment.
