Are you passionate about working with young children and looking to gain hands‑on experience in Early Years? We're recruiting unqualified Early Years Practitioners to support a range of private nurseries and early years settings across the Leeds area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills, gain confidence, and experience a variety of busy, fast‑paced nursery environments while supporting teams during staffing gaps, holidays, sickness cover, and peak periods.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS approach
Assisting with play‑based learning, routines, and daily activities
Helping maintain a safe, nurturing, child‑centred environment
Working flexibly across multiple nurseries as a supply practitioner
Adapting quickly to different teams and settings
We're Looking For
Experience working with children (nursery, babysitting, school, or similar)
A genuine passion for early childhood development
Reliable, flexible, and confident in busy settings
A caring, positive, proactive attitude
