Are you passionate about supporting young learners and fostering a diverse and inclusive educational environment? We're looking for a Languages Learning Support Assistant to join one of our vibrant primary school communities in Wakefield. This is a long-term, temp-to-permanent role with a competitive salary and plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth.
About the Role: As a Languages Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils with English as an Additional Language (EAL), helping them develop their language skills and gain confidence in the classroom. You will assist with behaviour management strategies and work closely with the teaching team to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support EAL pupils in their language acquisition journey.
- Help implement behaviour management strategies that promote a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to tailor support for individual pupil needs.
