Account Manager
- Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE)
- Commission: From 3% - 5% of weekly billings
- Hours: 7 Hours per day/35 per week
Veritas Education are a leading education recruitment company, supporting schools and educational settings across the Yorkshire region. We are looking to hire a committed, confident and motivated account manager to join our Leeds office.
The account manager will be at the forefront of servicing a large client and candidate basis across the region, ensuring a high level of service is delivered across all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
- Resourcing - Within the role, you will be required to advertise, interview and source candidates suitable for a range of short and long term jobs.
- Clients - A key aspect of the role will be servicing and responding to all clients' needs and request, ensuring clear communication, quick response time, and understanding their needs.
- Organisation - This is essential, when managing a large client and staffing base, organisation around bookings, meetings, shifts and payroll is essential to help everything run smoothly.
- Customer Service - You will be working in partnership with a vast range of clients, candidates and third-party organisations, high level customer service and professionalism is key at all times.
The account is fast paced, high volume and all about building lasting relationships with both clients and staff, which if done correctly, can bill anywhere from £3500 to £5000+ in profit per week.
The account manager role is ideal for anyone looking to step into the world of recruitment or for someone with previous experience in managing large sales accounts.
