As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Support students in their learning and ensure lessons run smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Previous experience working with young people (education, coaching, or similar) is desirable.
- A genuine interest in supporting students' education.
