The Role As an Early Years Room Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and manage a designated room, ensuring high standards of care and education
- Oversee planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with EYFS
- Support and mentor practitioners within your room
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 years' experience in an early years setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and development
