Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan and implement engaging activities with a strong emphasis on outdoor learning.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's development.
Contribute ideas to enhance our curriculum and daily practice.
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years Education).
Passionate about child development, play-based learning, and outdoor education.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to professional growth and progression into leadership.
Creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children.
