Location: Isleworth Salary: £4,200 - £6,300 per month Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term (through to 2026) Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm Start Date: Jan 2026- TRIAL DAYS COMMENCING ASAP
Are you passionate about helping every child reach their full potential? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Isleworth is looking for a Primary SEN Teacher to join its dedicated team from January 2026.

Your Role
- Deliver adapted lessons and targeted interventions for pupils with EHCPs, ASD, or SEMH needs.
- Collaborate with the SENCo, support staff, and external agencies to meet individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to EHCP reviews.
- Promote emotional wellbeing, independence, and confidence across the curriculum.
What We're Looking For
- UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Experience supporting children with SEND in a classroom or small-group setting.
